We proudly present Cocoons to Wings: The Journey of Comfort to Renewal—YACSO Foundation's very first poetry anthology.

This collection is for anyone who has ever felt confined by fear, familiarity, or self-doubt. Through moving poems on Comfort, Confinement, Courage, and Renewal, these writers remind us that growth begins when we dare to step beyond what is comfortable.

Born from the Yemipoet Monthly Contest (June 2025 Edition), this anthology celebrates young voices writing with truth, purpose, and courage.

Anthology 2

We present the Zero Hunger Anthology.

The poems in this anthology are not mainly creative writings; they are petitions for justice, compassion, and collective action.

Every page is intended to remind us that behind the statistics are somebody’s parent, our friends, real families, and real dreams waiting for the opportunity to blossom. I hope the 190 poems embedded in this anthology will prove that poetry can entertain as well as educate, challenge, and inspire change.

If the lines in this collection encourage at least one person to feed the hungry, advocate for better food security policies, or become part of the journey toward Sustainable Development Goal One (SDG 1) ‘Zero Hunger’, then our mission is accomplished.

Thank you to every poet who lent their voice to this cause. Let’s keep writing our truth, speaking our concerns, and acting until hunger becomes history.

This anthology is not just a body of poetry; it is a clarion call to action.

“If one poem can birth compassion,

let these lines serve as crumbs that lead hearts to bread.”
